These terms of service govern your use of the VELVETROOM website and any order you place through it. By browsing, creating an account or completing checkout you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not order. The store sells adult products, so eligibility rules below are strict.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to order, and you must be legally allowed to buy adult products where you live. You confirm both at checkout. Delivery requires an adult signature, and the carrier may ask for photo identification at the door. Orders that fail an age check will not be released.

Pricing and tax

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. The price that applies to your order is the one displayed when the order is placed. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and is added to the order total where required by law. Shipping charges, if any, are shown separately before you pay.

Orders and acceptance

An order confirmation email is an acknowledgement, not acceptance. Acceptance happens when the order is packed and dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order where stock is unavailable, where the delivery address cannot be verified, where an age check fails, or where the order looks fraudulent. If we cancel, any payment taken is refunded in full.

Shipping

Orders are picked and dispatched from our fulfilment location, normally within one to two business days. Delivery times depend on the carrier and the destination. Title and risk pass to you on delivery, but if a parcel arrives damaged, tell us promptly and see the returns and refunds policy for how we handle it.

Returns and refunds

Unopened items in their original packaging may be returned within the window set out in the returns and refunds policy. Opened intimate items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Where a refund is due, it is issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

Warranty

Items are supplied with any manufacturer warranty that applies to the specific product, as noted on the product page. We do not warrant that a product is suitable for any particular purpose or outcome, and we make no medical or health claims about any item sold here. Where a piece arrives defective, contact us before use and we will arrange a replacement or a refund.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Privacy

Our handling of your personal information is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms. It covers what we collect, why, who we share it with and the choices available to you.

Dispute resolution

If a dispute arises, contact us first and give us a reasonable chance to resolve it. Most issues are settled that way. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be handled in the courts of the jurisdiction named by the operator below.

The registered entity, business address, jurisdiction and any registration or tax numbers must be supplied by the operator before this store accepts live orders. Until then, these terms describe the storefront only and no live orders can be accepted.
