VELVETROOM brand mark VELVETROOM
AC CT0
A still life on pale linen: a matte silicone cylinder and a clear glass rod resting on a folded stone-grey cloth, with the objects grouped to the right of frame
Materials first

Chosen for what a piece is made of

VELVETROOM is arranged the way a materials bench is arranged: by surface, weight and how a piece behaves in water. Read the spec sheet before you read the shape.

Two counters

Silicone, and glass & metal

One counter holds platinum-cured silicone; the other holds annealed borosilicate and finished metal. Sort by surface, not by silhouette, and the shelf gets much easier to read.
