Shipping Restrictions

This page sets out where we can and cannot send adult products, and which destinations need an extra check before an order is accepted. The rules come from two places: the carriers who handle age-restricted parcels, and the local law of the destination.

Where we ship

We ship within the contiguous United States. Alaska and Hawaii addresses, and US territories, are reviewed case by case because age-restricted carrier service is more limited there; contact us before ordering and we will confirm whether we can serve the address.

Where we cannot ship

  • Post office boxes and general delivery addresses, because an adult signature must be captured in person.
  • International addresses, including Canada and Mexico.
  • Freight forwarders, package lockers and third-party parcel receiving services.
  • Destinations where the sale of adult products is restricted or prohibited by state or local law.
  • Hotels, motels and short-stay accommodation, unless the carrier can obtain an adult signature at the room.

Age-restricted handling

Every parcel in this catalogue ships with an adult signature requirement. That is why lockers and drop-off points are excluded: they cannot capture a signature or check identification. Where a carrier offers a hold-at-depot option, the depot pickup usually requires photo identification matching the name on the order.

Address matching

The delivery name should match the name on the payment method. Mismatches are held for a routine verification check, and an order that cannot be verified is cancelled and refunded in full. We cannot reroute a parcel once it is with the carrier.

Undeliverable parcels

If a parcel cannot be delivered because nobody eligible could sign, the carrier may return it to us. We will contact you to arrange a reship once the parcel is back, and a second shipping charge may apply. A parcel that is refused at the door for any reason is handled the same way.

Operator confirmation

The final list of served states and any jurisdiction-specific restrictions must be confirmed by the operator before this store accepts live orders, along with the registered entity and business address. Until that confirmation is in place, this page describes the intended shipping footprint rather than a live service list.
