Age Verification Policy

This store sells adult products and it sells them only to adults. This age verification policy explains how the 18+ rule is checked when you order and again when the parcel reaches your door, and what happens if a check cannot be completed.

At the point of order

Checkout requires you to confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and that buying adult products is lawful where you live. That confirmation is recorded with the order. You also confirm that the delivery address is one where an adult can receive and sign for the parcel. Orders placed with false confirmation are cancelled.

At the point of delivery

Every parcel travels with an adult signature requirement. The carrier will not leave the parcel unattended, will not leave it with a neighbour by default, and will not hand it to anyone who appears to be under 18. The carrier may ask for photo identification showing a date of birth. If the person at the door cannot confirm they are 18 or older, the parcel is returned to the depot.

Failed verification

If a check fails at the door, the carrier will normally try once more and then hold the parcel for collection or return it to us. When a parcel comes back after a failed age check, we will contact you to arrange a reship to an address where an adult can sign. A second shipping charge may apply, and the original shipping charge is not refundable in that situation because the delivery attempt was made.

Identification and data

The carrier performs the identity check and we do not receive a copy of your identification document. We keep only the delivery record showing that a signature was captured, together with the age confirmation made at checkout. Both are retained alongside the order record for the accounting period described in the privacy policy.

Underage visitors

If you are under 18, you must not use this site, place an order or ask someone else to order on your behalf. Orders that we reasonably believe were placed by or for a minor are cancelled and refunded in full, and repeat attempts may result in the address being blocked.

Restricted destinations

Some destinations cannot be served at all, including post office boxes, addresses outside the United States, and locations where the sale of adult products is restricted. The shipping restrictions page lists the detail. A destination restriction applies even when age has been confirmed.

Operator confirmation

The registered entity and business address must be supplied by the operator before this store accepts live orders. Any additional age-verification steps required in a particular jurisdiction will be confirmed by the operator before live orders are taken.
